New for Autumn! Meeting Packages for Small and Large Groups
To make hosting meetings at Novapolis even easier, we’ve created half-day and full-day packages for both small and large groups! Everyone is warmly welcome to meet with us – whether you are one of our office tenants or not.
Our selection includes over 40 bright and versatile meeting and event spaces at our Microkatu and Viestikatu campuses.
Meeting package prices:
• Half-day meeting (5–20 people): €45 / person + VAT
• Full-day meeting (5–20 people): €60 / person + VAT
• Groups over 20 people, or shorter/longer meetings – ask for an offer!
Our meeting packages include:
• Meeting room of your choice (up to 9 hours)
• Morning and/or afternoon coffee with light snacks, plus a varied buffet lunch
• Full-day parking
• Modern meeting technology with hybrid options
• Support from a meeting host
• Use of the CoWork space

How to book a meeting room
Check out our facilities below and make a reservation. Reservations are made in the Novapolis reservation program. Before making a reservation, you must register as a Novapolis program user at https://novapolis.spaces.nexudus.com/.
Registration is free. The reservation is paid by card at the time of booking.

When you arrive for a meeting, our meeting host or reception service will advise you on the use of the facilities.

- Book a space
- You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail
- Park your car in the parking garage or in the yard
- Report to the reception, where you will get instructions on how to use the meeting room
- Have your meeting and enjoy the day
