Vaahtera is a meeting room for 18 persons on the 1st floor of Viestikatu 3. The space’s tables and chairs can be converted into different groups, which enables the organization of various meetings and events. The meeting room’s technology enables agile organization of hybrid meetings.

Restaurant Caari serves nearby to the meeting room.

The keys can be picked up from the Viestikatu 3 reception service on Mondays between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m and Tuesdays – Fridays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The reservation can be canceled without costs 48 hours before the start of the reservation.
