Our CoWork at Microkatu offers four Meeting Boxes for 4 persons on the 1st and the 2nd floor.

The standard table format is diplomat.

When booking a Meeting Box, your meeting guests can enter free of charge for the duration of the meeting. If your guests want to stay after the meeting to work in the CoWork area, they can buy an affordable day pass. With a day pass, they have free use of CoWork’s open spaces, workstations with screens and equipment, quiet work space and single-person Phone Boxes.

Tastory Ravintola Origo serves nearby of the Meeting Boxes.

Access to the CoWork area and the unlocking of the Meeting Boxes takes place through the Novapolis CoWork application. The application can be downloaded for free from the AppStore and Google Play.

We have made instructions for accessing the CoWork area and unlocking Meeting Boxes. Please notice, that the instructions are available only in Finnish at this moment.

You can cancel the Meeting Box reservation free of charge, if the reservation is canceled no later than two (2) hours before the reservation. Cancellation can be done conveniently via the Novapolis app.
