Aulapalveluiden aukioloaikoihin muutos keskiviikosta 1.2.2023 alkaen.
Aulapalvelumme palvelee 1.2. alkaen seuraavasti:
- maanantai, tiistai, torstai ja perjantai klo 8-16
- keskiviikko klo 8-14.30
Varaamme keskiviikkoiltapäivät aulapalveluhenkilöstömme koulutuksiin, tiedon jakamiseen ja työn kehittämiseen.
Muutos keskiviikkopäivien aikatauluihin:
- Pyydämme toimittamaan lähtevän postin aulapalveluihimme klo 12 mennessä.
- Yrityksille, joilla on postin vienti- ja noutopalvelu, jaamme saapuvan sekä noudamme lähtevän postin klo 10 mennessä.
- HUOM! Pyydämme tilaamaan mahdollisten muiden lähetysten noutoajat (esim. DHL, UPS, TNT) aulapalvelumme aukioloajan huomioiden
Kiireisissä asioissa saatte henkilöstömme tarvittaessa kiinni klo 14.30-16 aulapalvelun numerosta.

Change to the opening hours of lobby services from Wednesday 1.2.2023.
Our lobby services will be available from Wednesday 1.2.2023:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am to 4pm
- Wednesday from 8 am to 2:30 pm.
We reserve Wednesday afternoons for training of our lobby service staff, information sharing and work development.
Change to Wednesday schedules:
- Please deliver outgoing mail to the reception by 12 am.
- By 10 am we will deliver and collect the mail of those companies who have the mail delivery and collection service.
- NOTE! We ask you to order the pick-up times of possible other shipments (e.g. DHL, UPS, TNT) taking into account the opening hours of our lobby service.
In urgent matters, you can reach our staff from 14.30 to 16 pm at the phone number of the lobby service.
